About the Role
Were hiring a Senior Account Executive to accelerate Freshworks growth in Germany within the Commercial segment (251500 employees).
This is a full-cycle outbound sales role ideal for fluent German-speaking professionals who thrive in consultative conversations understand business value and bring a structured data-driven approach to sales.
Youll own your territory building pipeline engaging prospects and closing deals end-to-end supported by a dedicated BDR marketing and partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a focused territory plan for Germany targeting key mid-market verticals such as Manufacturing IT and Services.
Drive 100% outbound-led sales through strategic prospecting cold calling and personalized outreach.
Leverage Sales Navigator ZoomInfo and Salesforce to identify research and engage decision-makers.
Lead impactful discovery calls to uncover business challenges and position Freshworks solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
Manage the entire sales cycle independently from pipeline generation and demos to negotiation and close.
Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting within Salesforce.
Collaborate with Presales Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Qualifications :
Native/fluent German speaker with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills confident in engaging C-level and senior decision-makers.
Any prior sales experience (B2B B2C SaaS or consultative selling) is an added advantage.
Ability to handle a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Familiarity with Sales Navigator ZoomInfo Salesforce or similar modern sales tools is a plus.
Analytical and structured thinker with excellent time management and self-discipline.
Resilient target-driven and comfortable working in-office and aligned to European hours (12:30 PM 9:30 PM IST).
