Lead the charge as Director Customer Solution Engineering building and scaling a 10-person team that owns the entire technical customer journey. From pre-sales architecture and PoCs to implementation and expansion youll drive faster time-to-value and higher customer satisfaction. What you will do:
Architect and own the end-to-end technical customer journey ensuring seamless value realization.
Recruit mentor and lead a global team of high-caliber Solution/Forward-Deployed Engineers.
Implement AI-powered automation and standardized playbooks to accelerate time-to-value and improve customer outcomes.
The ideal candidate:
8 years in customer-facing technical roles (SE PS) with 2 years of people management experience.
Strong engineering background and deep fluency with modern AI tooling including prompt engineering and RAG.
Proven track record of building or scaling Solutions/Services teams at high-growth AI or SaaS companies.
