About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Tool Development Engineer who will lead the development automation and optimization of software delivery and application data management tools. The role involves designing efficient automation solutions maintaining cloud-based server architectures and collaborating with agile teams to enhance end-to-end integration processes.
The ideal candidate should have strong programming experience in Python/C# expertise in software integration workflows and hands-on experience with version control cloud platforms and data quality validation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design development and maintenance of tools using Visual Studio VS Code PowerBI and related technologies.
Drive programming automation and digitization initiatives for application data management.
Optimize end-to-end software integration workflows including software changes and master data creation.
Oversee maintenance automation and monitoring of server architectures across Oracle DB AWS and Azure environments.
Conduct regular data quality checks implement test scripts and ensure system reliability.
Collaborate via agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) using GitHub for version-controlled development.
Mentor junior team members and enforce best practices for clean maintainable and well-tested code.
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align tool development with integration needs.
Required Skills & Experience
7 years of experience in software development or test automation.
Strong programming skills in Python and C#.
Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub and familiarity with Git Bash.
Working knowledge of cloud services (AWS Azure) and databases (Oracle).
Experience with PowerBI Jira and automation frameworks.
Strong understanding of agile development practices.
Ability to independently plan design and deliver complex automation solutions.
Excellent problem-solving debugging and analytical skills.
Good to Have
Experience in automotive or ECU-based tool development.
Exposure to data pipelines server automation or workflow optimization.
Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Electronics IT or related discipline.
