Must be Karen Bilingual( Reading Writing Speaking)

Shift Times: 6:00am-2:30pm

Pay: $22.20

Job Responsibilities:

This position will work be out on the production floor 70% of the time.
Works with Team Leaders and Team Members to monitor work in progress to assure conformance to productivity standards standard yields safe work procedures HAACP quality requirements and food safety.
Coaches and trains new/existing employees to ensure conformance to productivity standards standard yields safe work procedures and quality requirements.
Completes new employee orientation.
Completes paperwork and assists with records filing as necessary.
Performs translation duties.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
Must be 18 years of age or older (all plant positions)
Must be willing to work overtime
Must be willing to work in a cold and wet environment
Excellent communication skills: Written and Verbal
Proficient writing skills in English
Ability to work different shifts when needed
Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
1 year of consistent work history
Basic computer skills
