Exp - 10 - 15 years

Minimum 10-14 years of total experience relevant to this position including 5 years of project management experience.
Should have multiple HCM full lifecycle implementation experience with three end to end cloud implementations or 5 years of Oracle cloud experience
Should have exposure from requirement development / definition to functional solution
Functional expertise in various HCM modules
Good understanding of integrations and solutions in HCM projects.
Strong business writing skills and verbal communication.
Strong analytical abilities and exposure to quantitative project management including financials and metrics.
Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and and lead open conversations with teams clients and stakeholders to build trust. Uphold the firms code of ethics and business conduct.
Strong people and team management experience

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you are responsible for analyzing complex problems and managing client engagements. As a Senior Associate you guide and mentor junior team members while maintaining professional and technical standards to deliver quality solutions. This role requires a minimum of five years of experience in cloud HCM and a Bachelors Degree along with the ability to build meaningful client relationships and navigate complexity in project execution.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have

- Bachelors Degree

- 5 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Degree in BE/BTECH/ME/MTECH/MBA/MCA

- Strength in process knowledge in Oracle modules

- Experience in driving workshops and coordinating with clients

- Ability to analyze and solve client requirements

- Minimum 16 years of formal education

- Experience in cloud HCM modules

- Ability to work independently and develop colleagues

- Experience in at least 2 to 3 modules
