Job Summary
Opportunity for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and families through individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. This role focuses on delivering one-on-one interventions collaborating with a clinical team and helping children develop essential behavioral and developmental skills in a supportive environment.
What Youll Do

Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Collect and record data on client progress throughout sessions.

Participate in team meetings and collaborate with families and colleagues to ensure continuity of care.

Maintain RBT certification and follow all ethical and professional practice standards.
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree in psychology education or related field preferred.

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred but motivated candidates are welcome.

Strong communication problem-solving and time-management skills.
