Job Summary

Opportunity for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and families through individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. This role focuses on delivering one-on-one interventions collaborating with a clinical team and helping children develop essential behavioral and developmental skills in a supportive environment.

What Youll Do

  • Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

  • Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

  • Collect and record data on client progress throughout sessions.

  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with families and colleagues to ensure continuity of care.

  • Maintain RBT certification and follow all ethical and professional practice standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree in psychology education or related field preferred.

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred but motivated candidates are welcome.

  • Strong communication problem-solving and time-management skills.
