The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Charlotte that are seeking Welders. Key Responsibilities

Perform various welding processes (MIG TIG Stick) on metal components.
Read and interpret blueprints schematics and welding symbols.
Inspect finished welds to ensure quality strength and adherence to specifications.
Fabricate and assemble metal structures and parts according to design.
Operate and maintain welding equipment tools and machinery.
Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
Prepare materials for welding by cleaning grinding or cutting.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency in various welding processes including MIG TIG and Stick welding.
AWS (American Welding Society) certification or equivalent.
Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints schematics and welding symbols.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial welding environment.
Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards.

Bonus Qualifications

Advanced welding certifications (e.g. AWS D1.1 specific material certifications)
Proficiency in multiple welding processes (e.g. TIG MIG Stick)
Experience with basic fabrication techniques including fitting grinding and material preparation
Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and welding symbols
