The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency cost-effectiveness and responsiveness.
Manage procurement processes vendor relationships and contract negotiations for raw materials components and services.
Oversee inventory management demand forecasting and production planning to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics warehousing and transportation to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
Collaborate cross-functionally with production sales and finance teams to align supply chain operations with business goals.
Monitor supply chain performance using key metrics identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks including supplier disruptions quality issues and market volatility.

Recommended Qualifications

5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management with a significant portion in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
Proven expertise with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) demand planning inventory control and logistics optimization.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams drive process improvements and implement strategic supply chain initiatives.
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles global sourcing and supplier relationship management.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Oracle or similar advanced ERP systems.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience with global logistics and international trade compliance.
