The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Manage procurement supplier relationships and contract negotiations for raw materials and components.
Optimize inventory levels across raw materials WIP and finished goods to minimize costs and ensure production continuity.
Oversee logistics warehousing and distribution activities for timely and cost-effective delivery.
Collaborate with production planning to ensure material availability aligns with manufacturing schedules.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
Identify assess and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity and resilience.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes inventory management logistics and procurement.
Excellent leadership analytical negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with advanced data visualization and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience with advanced supply chain planning or optimization software (e.g. Kinaxis Blue Yonder)
