Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Manage end-to-end procurement processes including supplier selection negotiation and contract management.
Oversee inventory planning and control to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste in manufacturing.
Direct logistics operations including warehousing transportation and distribution for timely material flow and product delivery.
Collaborate with production sales and finance teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.

Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Infor).
Expertise in procurement logistics inventory management and demand planning.
Demonstrated ability to optimize supply chain processes and drive cost efficiencies.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Business Engineering or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Proficiency in advanced data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau SQL) for supply chain optimization
Experience with global sourcing strategies and international logistics
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
