The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost efficiency and on-time delivery.
Oversee procurement and sourcing activities for raw materials components and MRO ensuring competitive pricing and quality.
Manage inventory levels of raw materials work-in-progress and finished goods to minimize carrying costs while meeting production and customer demand.
Coordinate logistics operations including warehousing transportation and distribution to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers negotiating contracts and monitoring performance to ensure reliability and quality.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain to enhance efficiency reduce waste and leverage technology.
Utilize ERP systems and supply chain analytics to forecast demand monitor performance and inform strategic decision-making.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field.
5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management with significant experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and advanced supply chain planning tools.
Strong understanding of demand planning inventory management procurement and logistics specific to manufacturing operations.
Demonstrated leadership negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Experience with ERP system implementation or advanced module configuration (e.g. SAP Oracle)
Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
International logistics and customs compliance experience
