Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and calibration of robotic systems.
• Diagnose troubleshoot and repair electrical mechanical and software issues in industrial robots.
• Install configure and test new robotic equipment and peripheral devices.
• Modify and optimize robot programs to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Ensure all robotic operations adhere to safety protocols and company standards.
• Document maintenance activities repair histories and program changes accurately.
• Provide technical support and training to production operators on robotic system operation.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Robotics Mechatronics Industrial Automation or a related technical field
• 2 years of hands-on experience with industrial robot maintenance programming and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in robot programming languages and teach pendant operation for major brands (e.g. FANUC ABB KUKA Universal Robots)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for electrical mechanical pneumatic and software issues
• Basic understanding of PLC logic HMI systems and industrial networking
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics mechanical drawings and technical manuals

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g. Cognex Keyence) for inspection or guidance.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Python) for data acquisition analysis or custom tool development.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g. EtherNet/IP PROFINET) and IIoT principles.
• Ability to interpret CAD models or experience with robot simulation software.
