Key Responsibilities

Source and recruit qualified candidates for diverse manufacturing roles including production engineering and skilled trades.
Partner with manufacturing hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess technical skills experience and cultural fit within a production environment.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment platforms for candidate management and reporting.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for current and future manufacturing openings.
Advise on compensation packages and market trends specific to the manufacturing industry.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience recruiting for various manufacturing roles including production engineering and skilled trades.
In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes terminology and required technical skills.
Demonstrated ability to source and attract passive candidates for hard-to-fill manufacturing positions.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively partner with hiring managers and candidates in a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

Familiarity with common manufacturing processes or skilled trades.
Proficiency in a second language relevant to the local workforce (e.g. Spanish).
