We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Allendale that are seeking skilled Quality Technicians. Key Responsibilities

Perform in-process and final inspections of manufactured products to ensure adherence to specifications.
Conduct various quality tests using specialized equipment and document results accurately.
Utilize precision measurement tools (e.g. calipers micrometers CMM) to verify product dimensions.
Identify and document non-conforming materials or products initiating corrective actions as needed.
Maintain detailed quality records inspection logs and test reports.
Assist in the investigation of quality issues root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
Support the calibration and maintenance of inspection and test equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g. calipers micrometers gauges CMM).
Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints schematics and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Working knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) and quality principles.
Experience with data collection basic statistical analysis (e.g. SPC) and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and support corrective actions.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
Proficiency in advanced Statistical Process Control (SPC) software.
Knowledge of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) operation or programming.
Internal audit experience or certification (e.g. ISO 9001 internal auditor).
