The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Mason that are seeking Quality Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Oversee all stages of quality control including incoming in-process and final product inspection.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate non-conformances identify root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop implement and maintain quality documentation and records.
• Conduct training for quality personnel on new procedures equipment and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools such as SPC FMEA Root Cause Analysis and 8D problem-solving.
• Demonstrated leadership communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate across departments.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• ASQ Certification (e.g. CQE CQA).
• Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP).
• Proven experience conducting internal or external quality audits (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949).
