The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train quality inspection personnel and technicians.
• Oversee all quality control activities including incoming in-process and final inspections.
• Develop implement and maintain quality procedures work instructions and standards.
• Investigate and resolve quality non-conformances customer complaints and root causes.
• Conduct internal quality audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. ISO).
• Analyze quality data identify trends and prepare reports on key quality metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical field
• 3 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment including supervisory responsibilities
• Proficiency in quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g. SPC FMEA Root Cause Analysis)
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with experience in training and mentoring staff
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience conducting internal or external quality system audits (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949)
• Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g. Minitab JMP) for data analysis
• Project management experience leading continuous improvement initiatives
