The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Ensure adherence to quality management systems (e.g. ISO GMP) and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee incoming in-process and final product inspections and testing.
• Investigate non-conformances implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Conduct training and development for quality assurance personnel.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for quality processes and product reliability.
• Maintain accurate quality records and prepare performance reports.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering quality management or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g. SPC FMEA Root Cause Analysis).
• Demonstrated leadership problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Certified Lead Auditor (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949 AS9100).
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g. Minitab JMP) or data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
• Experience in supplier quality management or New Product Introduction (NPI) quality processes (e.g. APQP PPAP).
