Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Quality Inspectors and Technicians.
• Oversee all incoming in-process and final product quality inspections and testing.
• Investigate quality issues conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain accurate quality records prepare reports and analyze quality data for trends.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Develop and deliver training programs for quality personnel on inspection techniques and quality procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes and product quality.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Proficient understanding and application of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) and core quality tools (SPC FMEA Root Cause Analysis).
• Demonstrated ability to lead train and mentor a quality inspection or assurance team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP)
• Experience implementing Lean manufacturing principles
• Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards (e.g. IATF 16949 AS9100 ISO 13485)
