Key Responsibilities

Develop implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
Ensure all manufactured products meet quality specifications regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.
Manage internal and external quality audits including supplier audits.
Investigate and resolve customer quality complaints implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
Oversee the collection and analysis of quality data to identify trends and drive improvements.
Provide leadership training and development for the quality assurance team.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering science or a related technical field.
5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated expertise in ISO 9001 (or relevant industry-specific QMS) and quality methodologies (e.g. SPC FMEA Lean Six Sigma).
Proven leadership skills with experience in team development and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Experience with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP)
Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001 AS9100 or IATF 16949
Proficiency with specific Quality Management System (QMS) software platforms
