The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Develop implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead and manage all quality control and assurance activities including inspections testing and audits of products and processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Manage supplier quality including qualification performance monitoring and audits.
Oversee resolution of customer complaints and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards regulations and internal quality policies.
Lead mentor and develop the quality assurance team.

Recommended Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in quality management or assurance within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949 AS9100).
Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to mentor and develop quality personnel.
Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC FMEA PPAP APQP 8D Lean and Six Sigma.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Manufacturing or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Experience with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP)
Proficiency with specific enterprise-level Quality Management Software (QMS) systems
Experience implementing or managing quality systems in a multi-site or global manufacturing environment
