The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Develop implement and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
Ensure products and processes comply with industry standards regulations and customer specifications.
Lead internal and external quality audits managing non-conformances and corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Manage root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
Oversee supplier quality management and monitor incoming material quality.
Lead mentor and develop the quality assurance team.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering quality management or a related technical field.
5 years of experience in quality management roles within a manufacturing environment with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
Proven expertise in developing implementing and maintaining quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001).
Strong knowledge and practical application of quality tools and methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma SPC FMEA 8D).
Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP)
Experience integrating quality processes with ERP/MES systems
Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 or relevant industry standard (e.g. IATF 16949 AS9100)
