The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Develop implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001.
Oversee all quality control activities including inspections testing and non-conformance management.
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues.
Manage supplier quality performance through audits evaluations and continuous monitoring.
Ensure product compliance with all relevant industry standards regulations and customer specifications.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.
Monitor key quality metrics prepare reports and present findings to senior management.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical field
5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment
Proven expertise in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 quality management systems (or relevant industry standard)
Strong proficiency in quality methodologies and tools (e.g. Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing SPC FMEA Root Cause Analysis)
Demonstrated leadership ability to manage and develop quality teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
Lead Auditor certification for a relevant industry standard (e.g. ISO 13485 IATF 16949 AS9100).
Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP).
Experience integrating QMS with ERP systems.
