Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor and analyze production processes using statistical process control (SPC) to ensure product quality.
• Perform product and process audits to verify compliance with specifications standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with design production and supply chain teams to integrate quality requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage and maintain quality documentation including inspection records procedures and work instructions.
• Utilize quality tools such as FMEA MSA and PPAP for process improvement and new product introduction.
• Participate in supplier quality management activities including audits and performance monitoring.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g. SPC MSA FMEA Control Plans PPAP Root Cause Analysis).
• Strong understanding and practical application of Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949).
• Demonstrated ability to apply statistical methods for process control data analysis and problem-solving.
• Experience with various inspection techniques metrology equipment and gauge calibration.

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ Certification (e.g. CQE CSSBB CQA)
• Proficiency with statistical software such as Minitab or JMP
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) for quality data management
