Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Industry
Duration: 2 Years (Possible Extension)
Location: Waterloo IA 50704
Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM 3:30 PM)
Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree (Engineering Technology Business CS Data Analytics or related)
- Open to recent graduates (manufacturing internships preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to learn; comfortable working on the shop floor
Key Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing and quality process analysis and improvements
- Assist with feasibility testing and validation of engineering solutions
- Help draft and evaluate engineering standards and specifications
- Perform quality inspections under supervision; recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors as a point of contact
- Identify process gaps and support change management initiatives
- Support product development testing and customer requirement analysis
- Work within project plans to meet quality and production goals
