Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans procedures and standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor analyze and report on key quality performance metrics and trends.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using quality methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma Lean).
• Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001).
• Collaborate with design production and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and optimize processes.
• Manage and maintain quality documentation including specifications work instructions and records.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical Industrial Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g. SPC FMEA MSA Root Cause Analysis PPAP).
• Strong understanding and application of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949 AS9100).
• Demonstrated ability to apply statistical methods for process control data analysis and problem-solving.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
• Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g. Minitab JMP)
• Experience with industry-specific quality management systems (e.g. ISO 13485 AS9100)
• Multilingual proficiency particularly in languages relevant to global manufacturing operations
