Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement purchasing strategies and policies aligned with production needs.

Recommended Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in purchasing or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing vendor negotiation and contract management.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and procurement software.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes quality standards and inventory control.
Excellent leadership communication and analytical skills.

Bonus Qualifications

Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or similar advanced certification.
Proficiency with SAP Ariba Oracle Cloud ERP or other advanced e-procurement platforms.
Experience applying Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies to supply chain optimization.
Advanced data analysis skills including proficiency with tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Multilingual abilities particularly relevant for international supplier relations.
