Key Responsibilities

Plan execute and finalize manufacturing projects on time and within budget.
Define project scope goals and deliverables for new product introductions or process improvements.
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution in a production environment.
Manage changes to project scope schedule and costs implementing effective control measures.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across engineering production and supply chain teams.
Identify assess and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including schedules budgets and status reports.

Recommended Qualifications

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production lifecycle.
Proven experience with project management methodologies (e.g. PMP Agile Waterfall).
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets schedules and resources effectively.
Experience in stakeholder management including cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Technical aptitude or an engineering background relevant to manufacturing operations.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) or PLM software
Experience with manufacturing quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 AS9100)
Familiarity with industrial automation and Industry 4.0 concepts
