Key Responsibilities

Define project scope objectives and deliverables for manufacturing initiatives and new product introductions.

Identify assess and mitigate risks related to production supply chain and operational efficiency.
Ensure strict adherence to manufacturing quality standards safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Drive continuous improvement projects focused on optimizing manufacturing processes and reducing waste.
Communicate project status issues and successes to stakeholders and senior management regularly.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience leading complex projects within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes supply chain and quality control principles.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) and project management software.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets timelines and resource allocation effectively.
Excellent leadership communication and cross-functional team collaboration skills.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or advanced ERP modules (e.g. SAP PP/QM)
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g. IoT AI in manufacturing automation)
Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulatory compliance (e.g. ISO 9001 GMP)
Proficiency in a second language relevant to global operations or supply chains
