Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning execution and closure of manufacturing projects from concept to delivery.
Define project scope objectives deliverables timelines and resource allocation.
Manage project budgets track expenditures and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering production supply chain and quality assurance.
Identify assess and mitigate project risks particularly those impacting production and supply chain.
Monitor project progress report status to stakeholders and ensure timely completion.
Ensure all project deliverables adhere to quality standards safety regulations and operational procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

5 years of project management experience within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Manufacturing or a related technical field.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes supply chain management and quality control systems.
Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with automation technologies or Industry 4.0 principles.
Demonstrated experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) within a manufacturing context.
