Key Responsibilities

Define project scope objectives and deliverables for manufacturing initiatives.
Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocation for production projects.
Oversee project execution ensuring adherence to timelines budget and quality standards in manufacturing.
Identify assess and mitigate project risks related to production supply chain and operations.
Collaborate with engineering production supply chain and quality teams to ensure seamless project integration.
Monitor project progress manage budgets and report status to all relevant stakeholders.
Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing principles within project scope.

Recommended Qualifications

PMP certification or demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall Lean).
Proven experience managing projects within a manufacturing environment from concept to commissioning.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes production lifecycles and supply chain operations.
Ability to manage project budgets schedules and resources effectively in a production setting.
Technical aptitude to interpret engineering specifications and collaborate with R&D production and quality teams.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics) in a manufacturing setting.
Familiarity with automation and Industry 4.0 technologies.
Previous experience in a hands-on manufacturing role (e.g. production supervisor manufacturing engineer).
