Key Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of manufacturing projects from initiation to closure.
Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with production engineering and quality teams.
Develop and manage detailed project plans schedules and budgets for manufacturing initiatives.
Identify assess and mitigate risks impacting production timelines quality and resource availability.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including production R&D supply chain and quality assurance.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience managing complex projects within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall Agile Lean) and PMP certification preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets schedules risks and resources effectively.
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams.
Understanding of manufacturing processes supply chain dynamics and quality standards.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle)
Familiarity with CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks AutoCAD) for reviewing designs
Experience managing automation or Industry 4.0 projects
