About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment and is passionate about driving strategic initiatives to successful outcomes. This role is ideal for a proven leader with a strong sense of ownership accountability and the ability to influence teams and leadership levels.
You will lead complex high-impact projects from initiation through delivery ensuring alignment with business goals stakeholder expectations and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-level projects on time within scope and within budget.
- Own project planning execution and delivery including schedule scope risk and issue management.
- Serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders providing clear communication and proactive risk mitigation.
- Manage project budgets resource allocation and financial tracking with precision.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across departments and leadership levels.
- Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members to elevate delivery standards.
- Champion continuous improvement and process optimization across the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 5 years of progressive project management experience including leading enterprise-level initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects in matrixed environments.
- PMP and/or CSM certification strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project Microsoft Office Suite and Jira

- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
- Strategic planning and portfolio-level thinking.
- Advanced risk mitigation and change management strategies.
- Financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets.
