Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans including scope objectives timelines and resource allocation for manufacturing initiatives.
Oversee the execution of manufacturing projects ensuring adherence to schedules budgets and quality standards.
Identify and mitigate project risks particularly those related to production supply chain and equipment.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams including engineering production quality and supply chain.
Manage project budgets track expenditures and report on financial performance to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes through project outcomes and lessons learned.
Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services for project needs.

Recommended Qualifications

PMP/PRINCE2 certification or equivalent project management methodology expertise
5 years of project management experience within a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g. Lean Six Sigma production planning supply chain)
Proficiency with manufacturing ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics)
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects budgets and cross-functional teams in a production setting

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
Experience with specific manufacturing ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle).
Demonstrated experience leading automation or Industry 4.0 projects.
Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
