Key Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets and schedules.
Supervise train and evaluate production line personnel fostering a productive work environment.
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and implement corrective actions as needed.

Monitor production efficiency identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills including the ability to train motivate and performance-manage a diverse workforce.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes production scheduling quality control principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving production bottlenecks or quality issues.
Proficiency in safety regulations and a commitment to fostering a safe working environment.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
Proficiency with ERP/MES systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Plex).
Bilingual proficiency especially in languages common among the local workforce.
