Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets.
Lead train and mentor production team members managing performance and scheduling.
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and product specifications.

Implement and enforce all safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.

Recommended Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate train and manage a production team.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes equipment operation and production scheduling.
Proven commitment to safety protocols and quality control standards (e.g. ISO GMP).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to address operational challenges and collaborate effectively.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Bilingual proficiency (e.g. Spanish)
Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g. automation robotics)
Formal training or certification in project management
