Key Responsibilities

Recommended Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to train motivate and manage a production team effectively.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes equipment operation and production metrics.
Demonstrated knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle)
OSHA 30-hour certification or advanced safety training
