What Youll Be Doing
- Lead daily operations of aggregate production to ensure safety efficiency and quality.
- Monitor and optimize equipment performance and production output.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.
- Support and develop team members through coaching and training.
- Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety regulations.

Work Environment
This role operates in a quarry or plant setting with exposure to outdoor weather conditions noise dust and heavy machinery. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. The position involves standing walking and climbing for extended periods.
