Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all daily production operations to meet output targets and deadlines.
Develop implement and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
Enforce strict quality control standards and procedures to ensure product excellence.
Optimize production processes for efficiency cost-effectiveness and waste reduction.
Lead train evaluate and mentor production staff fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations company policies and quality management systems.
Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement and implement corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience (5 years) in a production management role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills including performance development and conflict resolution.
Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing principles Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in managing production schedules budgets and quality control systems.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Experience with advanced ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) beyond basic user functions.
Proven experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) from pilot to full-scale production.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) for performance insights.
