Excellent problem-solving decision-making and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics).
Experience implementing automation or Industry 4.0 technologies.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
