Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily production operations to meet output quality and delivery targets.
Manage train and develop production staff fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.
Implement and enforce strict safety regulations and quality control standards throughout the production process.
Optimize production processes for efficiency cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods coordinating with supply chain and logistics.
Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are adhered to for all production equipment and machinery.

Recommended Qualifications

5-7 years of progressive experience in production management within a manufacturing setting.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Operations Management or a related technical field.
Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong leadership team management and communication skills.
Proficiency with ERP systems and production planning tools.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Proficiency with advanced data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization projects.
Multilingual particularly in languages relevant to the workforce or international operations.
