Key Responsibilities

Oversee all daily plant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement strategies to meet production targets and quality standards.
Manage plant budget optimize costs and drive financial performance.

Lead mentor and develop the plant's operational teams.

Recommended Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes lean principles and quality systems (e.g. ISO Six Sigma).
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets optimize costs and drive continuous productivity improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Operations Management Business Administration or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Experience with automation integration or Industry 4.0 technologies
Proficiency in a second language relevant to the local workforce or global operations
Demonstrated experience in successful new product introduction (NPI) from a manufacturing perspective
