Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all daily plant operations to achieve production quality and safety targets.
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives for productivity cost efficiency and waste reduction.
Manage the plant budget control expenses and ensure financial performance meets established goals.
Ensure strict adherence to all safety environmental and regulatory compliance standards.
Recruit train develop and manage plant personnel fostering a high-performance and engaged workforce.
Oversee maintenance and reliability programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
Drive a culture of accountability safety and operational excellence throughout the facility.

Recommended Qualifications

Minimum 7-10 years of manufacturing operations experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Proven expertise in lean manufacturing continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Demonstrated ability to manage P&L budgets and drive cost control initiatives.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Operations Management or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Experience with new plant commissioning or significant capital project management
Proficiency with advanced data analytics tools for operational insights (e.g. Power BI Tableau)
Experience leading digital transformation initiatives within a manufacturing environment
