Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently and on time.
• Implement and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve product quality.
• Lead mentor and manage manufacturing teams fostering a culture of continuous improvement accountability and safety.
• Develop and manage operational budgets ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and expenditure control.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations quality standards and environmental policies.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics to optimize material flow inventory levels and delivery schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding and application of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage motivate and develop production teams.
• Proficiency in production planning scheduling and inventory control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g. robotics IoT integration AI/ML in production)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Demonstrated experience with S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes
