Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency quality and on-time delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity reduce costs and enhance manufacturing processes.
• Lead train and mentor the operations team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations quality standards and environmental compliance.
• Manage operational budgets control expenses and contribute to the overall financial performance of the plant.
• Collaborate with supply chain engineering and quality departments to streamline workflows and resolve production challenges.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead mentor and develop diverse production teams.
• Strong understanding of production planning inventory management and supply chain principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g. automation robotics IoT)
• Proficiency in a major ERP system (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics)
• PMP certification or demonstrated strong project management experience
• Experience in a multi-site or global manufacturing environment
