Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met.
• Optimize production processes for efficiency cost reduction and quality improvement.
• Oversee staff management including hiring training scheduling and performance evaluation.
• Develop and manage operational budgets forecasts and resource allocation.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure efficient material flow and inventory management.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing manufacturing operations including production supply chain and quality control.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead mentor and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced production environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems production planning and inventory management.
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g. ISO).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g. automation robotics IoT)
• Proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Background in supply chain management or logistics
