Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets for output quality and delivery are consistently met.
• Implement and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency reduce costs and minimize waste.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5 years) in operations management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with a track record of motivating and managing production teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Solid understanding of production planning supply chain management and quality control principles.
• Ability to manage budgets analyze financial data and drive cost-reduction initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 principles.
