Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize daily manufacturing operations and production schedules.
• Implement and monitor lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee production staff including hiring training performance management and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards safety regulations and environmental policies.
• Develop and manage operational budgets to control costs and maximize efficiency.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for raw materials work-in-progress and finished goods.
• Drive strategic operational planning to support business growth and objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5-7 years) in operations management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Strong understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing principles Six Sigma methodologies and ERP systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead mentor and develop diverse teams with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Track record of driving operational efficiency cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics)
• Experience implementing automation technologies or Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
