Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output targets and quality standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage inventory levels supply chain logistics and material procurement.
• Lead mentor and develop the operations team fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality management systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5 years) in operations management within a manufacturing environment.

• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes production planning and quality control systems.
• Experience with budget management cost optimization and P&L responsibility.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics) for manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated success in implementing automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
