Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee production scheduling inventory management and supply chain logistics.
• Manage mentor and develop a team of production supervisors and operational staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations quality standards and company policies.
• Monitor operational budgets identify cost-saving opportunities and manage resource allocation.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with a focus on team development and performance.
• Strong understanding and application of Lean manufacturing principles Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to manage budgets control costs and optimize resource allocation to meet production targets.
• Excellent problem-solving analytical and decision-making abilities.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with automation integration or Industry 4.0 technologies
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics tools or business intelligence platforms
