The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
Diagnose mechanical malfunctions and troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
Repair and replace defective parts components and systems in production lines.
Install align and commission new industrial equipment and machinery.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures during all operations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities repairs and parts used.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude with expertise in hydraulics pneumatics and power transmission systems.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems including PLCs and motor controls.
Ability to read and interpret schematics blueprints and technical manuals.
Vocational training an associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent certifications.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming.
Proficiency in welding and fabrication (MIG TIG Stick).
Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
Certification or experience with advanced hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Industrial electrical experience or certification (e.g. NFPA 70E).
